Who Really Enjoys Those “Mini-Meal” Based Obsessive Diet Plans?

Seems like all the weight loss diets nowadays have one thing in common, they just make you focus on eating all day long. Looking around I can tell you one thing, it is not working!

In this day and age, why would a person really want to worry and obsess over what to eat all day long? I certainly don’t want to.
I’ve pretty much done it all from using shakes, bars, mini-meals, etc.
I never enjoyed it, created an unhealthy relationship with foods, and always left me wondering “there has got to be a better way”.
Not too mention I knew my personal training clients had busy schedules as well, and adding something so complicated into their life was not going to lead to a consistent or lasting solution.
