It wasn’t always like this however. After many years of working in gyms we both became

 the average Joe that was giving them the results. There was something else..
something that almost every single weight loss method lacked...and still lacks to this day.
We discovered that by applying this new found principle to common problems like
excess body fat (a condition that affects very few elite athletes) the results were 
amazing. The body is reprogrammed to recognise that it has no use for the excess
 body fat and it literally melts it away!
Armed with this new found knowledge, we began testing and researching on both
  ourselves and others. In the end we discovered that it should only take a maximum
of 12 weeks for a TOTAL body transformation...not years and years as ‘conventional
 fitness’ methods would have you believe!!
